Sam,
It's all to do with this "new look" version of BT Yahoo mail, just a few
weeks ago I created a new sub-account and when I went to its mail page I
noticed that by default it was set to the new graphical interface format,
but it actually says on the mail page that this version doesn't work with
screen readers and gives the option to change it to classic, and once I
chose this option my folders took on the normal appearance.

i also use bt yahoo to check my bulk folder but haven't come across this
problem. I can't understand why this is happening for you.

Jaws won't read page, possibly because some flashing advert.
How do you get jaws to ignore these ads or turn them off?
