Hi Paul, I assume that you are using Outlook express. Maximising the window may help your problem with text loss.To enable spell checking in Outlook express you will need to have a copy of Microsoft word installed on the machine and the setting for checking spelling set in the Outlook express options.

Hi all, Using JAWS 9 with Windos XP, I am finding that for some reason, JAWS won't read Emails in full once opened and after pressing insert down arrow.
