I asked this twice of the AccessUK list with no response so am trying here because it is driving me crazy so apologies if it isn't a Jaws problem although it did happen after I tried installing the update to Jaws 9 and now it happens whichever version I am using.

As I look down my list of emails some say collapsed and although if I cursor to the right they then say expanded, I don't want either. Sometimes they say unread when I know this is not the case and when I'm deleting I get asked do I want to delete others in the collapsed group or something like that.

Please someone help:  I am using Outlook Express.
