[jaws-uk] Defrag and disk clean up.

Hi.
Thanks to those of you who replied to my e-mail last night re disk clean up and 
defragmentation.  I'm wondering how often you should perform this operation as 
some of us are doing a disk clean up once a week, and others once every 6 
months.  I'm just wondering what everyone else's view is on all this.  I have 
another question for you as well.  I have 2 drives on my Sony vio laptop.  
Drive C and D.  I've copied all my MP3 files from C to D to create more space 
on the C drive but I can't find out where to delete the files from the C drive 
as I don't want them in both.  I hope this makes sense to someone as I know 
this isn't very clear.
