Hi Jamie, I use Slysoft Clone CD. It isn't free, but it's very easy to use, screenreader friendly and reliable.

Anyone have a suggestion for an accessible DVD copying software, preferably free? Don't worry, before the legal beagles jump in at me, it's for copying 
DVDs that I've had permission to copy. (Smile)
