thanks not sure why there are hitches as all seems ok on both desktop and laptop I expect will discover one day Desktop says Dorothy 1 and is wired into Router Laptop says dorothy 2 and goes via the Wireless router. I am picking up all messages on both nothing being missed these days. Laptop maybe slower downloading Patches or upgrades that is all. Wendy it is not that you cannot use Jaws in Monochrome or
black and white,
it is the effect it has on Jaws. Jaws sees white text
on black as
selected or highlighted text and therefore treats it
differently. Also
although other Jaws users may read your Email the rest
of the world may
be baffled by getting an invisible Email, I used to tell all
who knew me
please highlight it. Even people like Engineers did not understand this .I am
using Lunar
Version 6 to invert to high contrast black. I really do
not use the
Magnification of Lunar yet but I can bear to look at the
screen,and if
the screen turns white or bright even yellow it hurts my
eyes. It does not
come naturally to me to be told turn off the screen so long as
I have some
sight. Heaven knows black screen is that such a big deal for
Freedom,? seems yes
I did take this up at the highest possible level in St
Petersburg. Andrew
Hodgson who used to be on Jaws list saw my problem and he
knew Lunar would
