It is a computer. Which can only be connected to the internet to work. At
least, that is my understanding. It seems to be much faster at start up.
Than conventional computers. It is, also, most reasonably priced.

Angel, Chrome book comes with its own screen reader, which I am told, is
pretty good. Of course, it'll take a bit of a learning curve to get up to
speed with it.
