The Word 2010 short-cut key sequence for draught view is: Alt+w then e.

Hi Joan,

I'm using Jaws 14 with Office 2010, and after reading both your message and
peter Bentley's reply, I did a bit of a search on Google and came up with
the fact that in Word 2010 the normal view has been renamed draft view.

If it helps, I can see if I can find some instructions on how to change to
draft view, as I've found that my copy of word is opening in print view in
the way you describe.
