Without going in to detail, it's in Control Panel, Display... But Jaws probably won't then work!!! Early versions of Jaws could cope with such a display, and I found it very useful when I still had a bit of vision, but the various downgrades since version 3 mean it now don't work. Viz Dorothy's attempts over several years to get this sorted, and a satisfactory response from FS about it.
