[jaws-uk] Cell visibility in Excel

Hello

Sorry for the repost but nobody responded to my first try. Perhaps there is
not a way.

Using JAWS 7.10 and above together with Excel 2000 (though I suspect the
same would apply for later versions)

Can somebody tell me please how to adjust JAWS so that "cell text
visibility" is spoken by default. I know this can be changed using the
verbosity menu and that these settings can be saved for this particular
workbook using control+enter but I would like to change the default so that
this automatically happens each time excel is opened. I have looked in
configuration manager under
verbosity settings and then preferences but could not see anything.

Any suggestions appreciated.
