Looking at the source code they are activated by the cursor:
<div class="button" onClick="swap(2)" style="cursor:pointer;">Chicken
& Game</div>
So, route jaws to pc and hit the left mouse button on the num pad and
you get them open.

can't find a way to click it using JAWS 10.
