It has been like this for a long time now.

Perhaps my complaints have got through. I haven't checked the site for a
week or so, at least not as far as reading the statements is concerned. I'll
report back in a day or two.

It was the PDF statement I  was looking at.

Just to clarify I can read the account detail as displayed on the account
pages. What I cannot get to is the pdf copy of the statements that would be
sent to me if I received paper. This is not actually a problem as the only
things are don't get are the extra messages put on the statements but they
keep telling me I haven't looked at my statements for some time which gets a
bit painful when the only reason I haven't looked at them is because it
can't be done with the equipment I'm using.

This is very strange. I can view my Lloyds credit card statements with no
difficulty. I am using the latest version of JAWS and Windows 10.

Hi

I bank with Lloyds and there site is fine up to a point.

Log-in and logging out are no problem.

Viewing accounts, transferring money between accounts, setting up
payments of various kinds are all fine.

Where the site fails is that reading messages and viewing statements
(as opposed to looking at the accounts) is impossible as the buttons
that trigger displays are invisible to al versions of JAWS and all
browsers
that
I have tried.

Hi all,
Interested to find out peoples experiences with bank websites using
windows
7, internet explorer  and Jaws 16 as I have heard they vary e.g.
Halifax
is
good but Barclays is poor.

Look forward to your comments.

Regards,

Ismail.
