What I do is presss H which takes me to the Statements heading. Pressing
the Tab key twice takes me to the link called PDF Statements. that opens
up the statements page. From here you can choose which statement you
want to download.

Just to clarify I can read the account detail as displayed on the account

sent to me if I received paper. This is not actually a problem as the only
things are don't get are the extra messages put on the statements but they
keep telling me I haven't looked at my statements for some time which gets a
bit painful when the only reason I haven't looked at them is because it
can't be done with the equipment I'm using.

This is very strange. I can view my Lloyds credit card statements with no
difficulty. I am using the latest version of JAWS and Windows 10.

Viewing accounts, transferring money between accounts, setting up payments
of various kinds are all fine.
Where the site fails is that reading messages and viewing statements (as
opposed to looking at the accounts) is impossible as the buttons that
trigger displays are invisible to al versions of JAWS and all browsers
