  Hi,

left click meant to work as a shortcut in jaws 10, but it doesn't always
work, so the best way I find of getting to a balloon is to press insert+f11 and
find it. In case of anti-virus, I assume you're using nod32? When nod32 says
that it wants your attention you simply find it from your system tray and then
click to open window. Once in the main window, tab through and you will come to
a message where it will tell you why it alerted you. For example last night I
got a balloon from Nod32 saying how it wants my attention, when I opened main
window and tabbed through, there was a message saying that there are new
windows updates and basically that I should go and get them. So if nod32, just
open the window and tab till you get to the message, which should explain what
it wants you to do.

    Hi folks,

Can anyone tell me how to click a balloon when it pops up with JFW 10, I
know there is a simple key stroke but I can't remember it, my anti-virus is
popping up a balloon and says it wants my attention but it disappears after a
few seconds.

    Regards,
