Well, you could try right click, though I think it's the left click. Have
you clicked it on time? Those balloons disappear pretty quickly...

                        Can anyone tell me how to click a balloon when it
pops up with JFW 10, I know there is a simple key stroke but I can't
remember it, my anti-virus is popping up a balloon and says it wants my
attention but it disappears after a few seconds.
