Hi My computer has been crashing quite a lot lately - probably flagging from the heat like me! So I decided the time had come to get around to backing up all the files I've carefully squirreled away in Outlook Express folders... However, it seems this task is not as easy as I thought and I'm a bit stuck. I've tried copying the files in the usual way and pasting them straight onto a floppy disk from Windows Explorer, and also tried moving the files to there as one does between folders in Outlook Express. i.e. by picking up the files using shift and control plus v... But still no luck, so can anyone out there tell me how to do it please? Thanks in advance. Lynda
