Try sending an E mail to ?helpline@xxxxxxxxxxx
? detailing all the problems you are having with BT, your E mail will be 
forwarded to the revelant people.  I did this when I was having similar 
problems with NTL, it took over a week to get the response but I received a 
call from the top man himself and got everything sorted.  GOOD LUCK
