Hi

I've been with BT Broadband for a couple of years and only
experienced difficulties when I moved house, but that wasn't
a broadband issue, it was a simple lack of customer service
issue.

Been in the new flat for 7 months and not had a single issue
with connecting.

Hi List Members
I have been using BT Broadband for over two years and have
had no problems.
I use the internet every day and I can only remember a
handful of times when
connecting has been difficult. I think a lot depends on the
quality of the
telephone line connections and the proximity to the
exchange.
