Hmm, think an email to the webmaster is in order. I had no problems when I 
stalled it months ago. You do need to have Real Alternative or Real Player 
installed before it will work.

Accessible listen again informs me,

GLJC16.tmp - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because PNCRT.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this
problem.

And likewise with accessible radio.

you to listen to most programs broadcast by Radio 4, it's called Accessible
Listen Again.
