It's reasonably accessible. Well at least mine is but I can't remember if

When you start it you should get your library list.
Most things can be done with the menus press alt+f to open the file menu
then you can move down through that menu or use the right arrow key to find
the edit, tools and help menu.
I don't actually use Audible Manager for anything as I just transfer books
to my Victor Reader Stream to read them.
Registering devices and so on can be done through the menus.
