Hi, I wonder which anti-virus you are using. AVG can call some Emails attachments when they are not. However yours does sound a bit different, recently I have found some attachments very hard to open, but I think that is Kaspersky which does something scan as you go. No that is not quite right but it means a pause before any attachment is opened. Kaspersky will not speak to Jaws, I have been trying to see if a way can be found to make the Makers, nothing is simple as Ant-virus packages are not covered by the DDA Act, pity Dorothy ----- Original Message ----- From: Barbara Wilson To: jaws-uk Sent: Friday, April 25, 2008 4:37 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Attachments Hi Wonder if someone can tell me why this strange thing is happening. A lot of the Email I am receiving are telling me there is an attachment. When I go to the attachments list, there is an attachment called at and then a lot of numbers. When I open the attachment it is just a copy of the Email. Any ideas why this is happening? Barbara
