Thanks, I'd forgotten about trying a previous version of JFW. Without
going into detail, I visit a football forum regularly and the topics are
all reached by hitting H, they're all headers.... but it might work
today, then tomorrow it doesn't pick out any headings.... so weird.
I think the website builders are much to blame, they don't build their
pages with screen readers in mind I'm afraid.

Firstly it works the same on my pc with the same set up.
If you try with internet explorer it works but it is a bit sluggish.
If you try with Jaws 2018 it works with chrome and although I haven't tried
it probably with water and fire fox.
I have noticed these issues with jaws 2019 but getting Sight and sound to
believe the issues exist and getting them fixed is another matter.

Hi all,
Latest JFW19, Windows 10, Chrome, Waterfox and Firefox browsers.
Anyone do online shopping at Asda? My preferred browser is Chrome but it has
issues on their site, same with Waterfox.
Each category has a heading and within those, each product has a graphic
picture. so when you hit the letter H, Jaws will read, Fruit,
Vegetables, Fresh meat, Frozen, etc etc,
Under Fruit, if you press the letter G, it should read out each product,
like, bananas, grapes, apples etc.
Chrome and Waterfox don't seem to pick up the graphic, I have the
settings at graphics all, graphical links all so I'm out of ideas on how
to make Jaws land on them. with G
In Firefox, it does work but I don't really find the browser that stable
even though i use the ESR version.
In Firefox, jaws does say, graphical link, but in Chrome and Waterfox,
it's just a plain link.... so it's a nightmare having to use the arrow
keys to go down hundreds of products.
Hope someone understands my ramblings! Any ideas on how to tweek the
settings to make it work?
