[jaws-uk] Andrew and automatic alphabetical lists

Hi Andrew

To alphabetise lists, highlight all the list with control+a if the file only 
contains your list, or by holding down the shift key and either press End to 
highlight to the end of the document or shift + down arrow until all you 
want to alphabetise is highlighted.
Press Alt+a to get into the Tables drop down menu, then s for Sort table. 
This will put you into a dialogue box with options of how to do the 
alphabetising.
Use the up and down arrow keys to read the options and the tab key to go to 
the next field.
If you have written each reference as a single paragraph, you just need to 
hit enter at this point as the default is paragraphs and ascending order.

If you have any problems, get back to the list.
