Hi,
What does my head in is people who complain, then turn right around and pay it!
You can argue you need JFW for a specific reason. I'd like to hear that
argument and try my best to offer an alternative in another product. Soemtimes
there isn't and frankly that's the hand we're dealt. If you want FS to do a
better job how many letters have you written them?

Alex, you've overlooked a crucial word in Amie's post: "substandard". All
contributors to this thread have made it clear that they're happy to pay a
fair price for a good product. What pees us off is when FS slips below
acceptable standards yet still charges us top whack.
