Hi Susan,
I think that you need to ensure that you have a version of Jaws which is
capable of working with the version of Vista on the machine you purchase.
I don't think that there are many problems with on-board graphics these
days.
I recommend that you find out which Vista version is on the machine as well
as how much memory it has then talk to your Jaws provider.

Hi All,
At present I’m looking for a new computer with Vista premium home but all
seem to have built in graphics which I believe used to cause problems for
Jaws, and with so many different brand names out there I’m not sure which
ones work best with Jaws. I quite fancy a Gateway with twin core and 320 GB
but was told it has built-in graphics on the mother board, so can anyone
using Vista let me know what make of computers they are using and if there
is now a way aroun these built-in graphics.
