Dear List I have the same experience as Racine and have the same set up Jaws 8 ect. I updated my AVG a couple of weeks ago being talked through on phone by a kind friend. I have a laptop and Desktop and as it was taking a long time for the laptop going via the Wireless connection I came and did the desktop. Later I noticed the desktop was normal, but laptop was saying incoming emails are all attachments. Why is this Wendy has seen this problem and Rashni has it same as me Dorothy
