Kevin, is this on all pdf documents you try to read?
If it's only one particular one, it's probably  the fault of the moron who
produced that document.

Hi all,

I'm using Jaws 11 on a Windows 7 Home Premium machine. I am
experiencing the following problem after having downloaded Adobe
Reader. Accessibility settings were checked the first time I used the
product and I clicked to allow recommended settings. Now when I click
on a document I hear "alert, document being processed". This is taking
forever and however long I wait nothing appears to happen. Any help
gratefully received.
