I've done that, and helpfully JAWS tells me there's no authorisation. Does adding memory to a PC mean that the old authorisation isn't recognised, and if so is there a way to recover the situation? -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Go into JAWS, Tools submenu, and there find ILM Authorization Viewer and enter. It will tell you about your current ILM status. If you get a prompt from your firewall because of running it, allow it to run. You will also find, in the JAWS help Submenu, Authorization Update. As for your computer not going much faster, revert to JAWS6 and see if that improves the situation. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard Godfrey" <richard.godfrey@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "JAWS UK" <jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Friday, April 29, 2005 9:16 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] ACTIVATION QUESTION I've just installed some more memory - because Office 2003 appeared to have slowed down the PC a lot. Still seems pretty slow, and the JAWS 6.1 only now runs as a demo. Any thoughts please?
