Yes I did realise you wanted to record both audio streams at the same time
so LP Recorder will do that, you could also use Goldwave that will do the
same.

Thanks for your suggestion. Sadly I need to record both the screen and
the sound and it is the interaction of the screen recording element that
causes issues with JAWS.
