[jaws-uk] A sink question.

Hello. I am sorry for the subject irrelevancy to Jaws. But I am just not sure
how to figure this out accessibly.
I successfully copied my addressbook of outlook express into notepad file. I am
intending to transfer that data later into windows mail, or any similar E-Mail
application, as I'm intending to buy a new machine soon. Probably, it will be
running either windows 7, or 8.
Now, the question is, can I possibly sink that data which I stored in a notepad
file directly to windows mail?
Of course, I moved that file into my external harddrive.
Any suggestion or recommend, that enormously would be appreciated.
