there is a feature called save as type,and you can save in all sorts of
formats usually, including ritch text and plain text.

Hello everyone.
Can anyone help me please!...
I have received an attachment from a client that has been saved into word.
It appears he is using the newest version of Microsoft, therefore, I am unable
to open the attachment.
I have been told he should be able to save his document into an older version
of word, is that right.
If so, how is that done!...
I am using Microsoft Office 2003.
