Once you authorise your device, you should see a download link every time you successfully make a purchase. Everything you buy is automatically saved to the cloud player. You cannot avoid this. I did spot the option to download without involving cloud player but when I chose that option the download failed, due to my internet connection faltering, I think. When I attempted to retry the option was gone. Maybe I'm missing something but it seemed that they're so keen to push the cloud player they are making it as tricky as possible not to, save actually removing the alternative. Any hints on how to ensure direct downloading would be much appreciated. I'd like to use the download store more but would have got proper tangled without sighted help this time. Thanks for your help; much appreciated. If you're not bothered about using Cloud Player and are happy to just download the music, then you're not required to use the Cloud Player when buying MP3's from Amazon. Just install the MP3 downloader and click download once you've made a purchase. You'll probably need to press alt n in Internet Explorer 9, then choose open. Do not choose save. Your purchases should then download. Hope that helps. I'm using JAWS 10 and finding it hideous. Had to draft in sighted help to complete. More usefully, is anyone managing to use the Amazon downloads store without getting dragged onto the cloud player? Secondly, is anyone managing to reply to tweets, retweet or anything, responding from notification emails rather than being logged in on the site? I'm finding Twitter very friendly and usable with the help of easychirp but can't seem to find buttons to "keep the conversation going" as the notification emails put it. All help most gratefully received.
