[januslinux] Announce interim release of januslinux 1.0 Beta 4

Hi everyone! Today I'm going to announce interim release of januslinux 1.0 Beta 4. This release was ported to armv7h, armv6h, mips, mipsel and poweprc64le. It uses new package manager called "npkg". It's a fork of CRUX's pkgutils. "mk" bootstraps only base system to boot. No more binary packages only ports.
