The reason no one has addressed your problem is that probably, no one has
replicated it.  If we can't replicate it we can't tell you how to fix it.
As a workaround, you could try turning letter mode off with the command,
letter mode off.  Then the buildup of the word will be spoken instead of
each letter.

noone has addressed my spelling problem in the correction box. I am just
getting an echo on the first letter and then it is sometimes transcribing
the rest. I have to go to the keyboard to find out.

It manages words very nicely.  To issue a keystroke command I say 'press'
right?  Like "press alt f4"?
