YES. you need to reserve that on your own name. 
I also have some questions.
Where does the "hallway" exactly mean? And where do you want to install your 
speaker? 
As you know, the sound issue is the super super important thing especially in 
our show.

Which wall are you thinking to project the video?
To me, it is hard to imagine the full visual of your installation right now.
Can you send me any recent version of diagram of your installation ASAP?

I think you need to borrow a video projector and check the distance and the 
image size of it in your studio. 
Unfortunatly, the ceiling mounted projector is not possible.
So we may use table or wall mount.
The best way to figure it out is contacting Todd directly.

Anyway, did you received the insurance contract form?
I leaved it your studio last evening.
