No, I'd forgotten Ton Hughes had explained what it is. Its related to the
route to the internet which is added and removed every time you connect and
disconnect via dialup (which may be very often with a dodgy phone line and
the dialing software set to automatic redial), and tends to happen far less
frequently with broadband which is always on.
