[iyonix-support] contemplating 5.18

have tried a soft load of 5.18 from 5.13 .
Firstly should I have gone via 5.16 I wonder ?
Secondly assuming I didn't need to might I need a new version of the
monitor definition because it seems to have reverted to a very low
resolution and I can see I suspect but part of the screen ?
Have been dabbling too much with the dark side I fear and may have
failed to follow adequately relevant threads in this regard .
