[iyonix-support] USB - Name disc

There appears to be a huge problem with Name Disc with a USB memory stick.
5.16 (18-Jan-10)
The disc seems to have been named, but all existing contents are
unavailable. The newly named disc appears empty in the filer but Free
shows the existing space is still used.
The disc appears to have been partitioned rather than named!
Also the newly named disc does not show the new name on other machines.
I had to re-format the disc on a Mac to recover the disc.
This is not a faulty stick as other sticks have also misbehaved.
