[iyonix-support] Some Guidance Required Please

A rather nasty gremlin has crept into my Iyonix (Aria). The machine
intermittently freezes without error and the only way to get it
operational again is to re-power.
So far the freeze seems to occur whenever I'm writing a document in
EasiWriter, but has also occurred in StrongED.
In an attempt to eliminate the Boot program I've tried using a Boot
file I created many months ago but the freeze still occurs
intermittently.
I need a method of fault-finding but don't really know where to start
- some guidance from other Iyonix owners would be appreciated.
