Maybe Dave isn't the list owner, but speaks for probably the majority of those providing 'qualified' help in this group. Off topic discussions, fascinating though they may be, add to the sometimes large number of posts that pass through.

In summary, to make it relatively low hassle for those 'qualified' techies to respond, please don't flood the list with off topic material.
