I think Chris is after the prebuilt version so that is the wrong one!

It says 1/3 down the page:
* Prebuilt components (Paint, Browse, Wimp etc.)
* If you are only interested in the prebuilt components but don?t want to
* spend time downloading the sources and build environment, then get the
* binaries-one.zip and binaries-two.zip files.
