Done that: interesting! It doesn't mention the selection-of-bottom-row
bug in Paint that has been around for years, though other bugs have been
dealt with. I do hope this "silly" has in fact been fixed.
Just to be helpful with this (and I realise it isn't Iyonix-specific, but
will I think still be of interest), what I do is to flip the image
vertically, deal with it upside down, and then flip it again. That way I
can reach the "bottom" pixel row.
