Lets not muddy the water with unrequested and unnecessary features, and poor understanding of the Filecore/FS/ImageFS structure. There is no advantage to multiple filecore partitions or mixing filecore and foreign partitions on the same disc. The only consideration is to allow access for the widest range of USB devices. This includes those with multiple FAT partitions. However such partitions are purely the domain of the image filing system that handles the non native format (e.g. DOSFS), and neither Filecore or the underlying hardware filing system driver (ADFS or SCSIFS) have any role in this.
