Crystal, that sounds very interesting - could you please elaborate on this
framework? Together with a colleague of mine we've started studying how
genealogists organize their gathered information, but for many reasons we
changed the focus of this study and decided to keep the information
organization topic for our next study. Together with a graduate student of
mine we're examining kids' information organization while doing a genealogy
project for school.

Hi Arnon,

My research on genealogy took place a few years ago, but I have been
working on a framework since, which explores how hobbyists such as
genealogists handle information. I'd be very happy to contribute a piece
on this if you think it would be useful!

Best wishes,
Crystal

Hello, dear all, it's been a long time since we last corresponding.

I was suggested to guest-edit a special issue of the Journal of
Multidisciplinary Research (JMR, http://www.jmrpublication.org) on
Genealogy. The SI will present genealogy-related articles from various
disciplines.

As I'm still thinking about this exciting opportunity, I'm wondering:
Would you consider submitting a paper to this SI?

Yours,
Arnon
