LOL - yeah, I know how it gets sometimes... Hard to figga out some of
this stuff. 

At this point, the thing to do is get captures as Jim pointed out.  But,
I can tell you that if the client is getting a 421 back, that it's not
coming from ISA. 

It seems really odd that the Unix host would backlog everything because
of 1 email.  That seems like a really, really silly way to implement
things.
