I'm troubleshooting an ISA 2006 server that we deployed about 2 months ago. We recently discovered that only the administrator account that we created, not the 500 account, is the only account that can access OWA externally. Three other items of strange behavior: 1. ISAInfo will not finish. It hangs at 50%. Other parts of ISA BPA do run. It can also not be cancelled. Have to kill the app. 2. I'm getting Information items in the BPA results that DNS doesn't have localhost access. DNS server (for caching only) is running on this box. There are two DNS access rules. One from a specific internal server to localhost and another from localhost to External. 3. When I use remote desktop to get to the server I'm in instantly. When anyone else does it take about 6 minutes before they are in. It hangs around on Applying Personal settings. This is true even when using the same username but from different external IP's. If I move my laptop to another public IP, then it also take me 6 minutes to remote in. Currently the RDP rule is not limited to specific IP's. There are no significant alerts. Nothing important in the event logs. Stumped and thinking that we might just reload. Any thoughts? thanks, Amy Babinchak Harbor Computer Services | 248-850-8616 | Mobile 248-890-1794 NEW Mailing Address: Harbor Computer Service 29488 Woodward Ave. # 450 Royal Oak, MI 48073 Web http://www.harborcomputerservices.net<http://www.harborcomputerservices.net/> Client Blog http://smalltechnotes.blogspot.com<http://smalltechnotes.blogspot.com/> Tech Blog http://securesmb.harborcomputerservices.net<http://securesmb.harborcomputerservices.net/> Buy My House: http:// www.HomesByOwner.com/15490<http://www.shannonrealty.com/vassar_mls_tour.html> Are you an IT Pro? http://www.thirdtier.net<http://www.thirdtier.net/>
