Check the version of .Net Framework installed. I'm pretty sure the ATI
CCC uses that - check supported .Net Framework versions for the ATI CCC.
I've seen compatibility problems with the past with other apps that
might leverage .Net Framework at the same time. I've usually resolved
it with a version upgrade to the ATI CCC.

Subject: [isapros] FWC & ATI Catalyst Control Centre
Anybody here noticed that if you have the new FWC and the ATI Catalyst
Control Centre software installed on Vista 32 bit that the ATI software
don't work......As soon as I uninstall the FWC the Control Center works
as designed....only error is at startup when I get an error box
informing me that a CLI program crashed, I assume it's the ATI one as
there is nothing in the event logs.
