Yes Im using Webproxy clients, and also some Secure-NAT clients.
but mostly Web-proxy clients, in the and the ISA machin has its own domain
therefore without using of ASK AUTHENTICATIN part, User should enter theire
Authentication info to pass

Are you clients Web Proxy clients? If not, then disable the HTTP Redirector
filter.

I saw many many activities from my clients in ISA log which shows
connectinon to www.cms1.net and www.cms2.net in port 80 and terrible download,
I couldn`t stop them !!! by any rule and content ,,, somebody tell me please ,
how can I stop them, !!! , It saturate my link
