wireless confusion

May I ask for some help on this project please?
I have made a PDF file with Visio to make the understanding easier

1. Don't be mad at me if the mail server is inside the network not
on dmz, was built this way and not a chance to move it yet
2. I have bought a new wireless router or access point and try to
give access to people who visit here often with their laptops
3. the goal is to give them access to internet and also access to
web based outlook on mail server
4. I have made the settings as described on pdf file. There are
some red ones which I think I have made a mistake on setting them up
5. I have changed the relation between newly created wireless
networks and internal as route not nat. is this ok?
6. I have created access rules to dns servers inside network from
wireless side
7. I have created https access from wireless to mail server
8. I have created http and https access rule from wireless to
external
9. There is already an owa rule working from outside. Can I just
change the listener and add the wireless card to it?
10. Also on those red settings, should I change something?
Any help or pointer to a proper setting will be appreciated
