Are you sure your ISP allows you to place a server on your connection?
Many AUP's disallow exactly that.

can you test that again Jim? it looks right; under server name properties I 
have configured for individual ip address with the only external ip 
(66.42.146.10) configured. 80/443 and I have checked SSL with integrated 
auth selected.
